ABOUT ME

I would like to share a little Bio about me so that you may get to know me better, personally + professionally.

I am Mexican and moved to United States when I was 7 years old. My healing journey started at very young age of 10/11 years old (4th grade) when I experienced my first depressive episode and pondered the value of my own life. Since then I have been is self exploration mission to understand mySelf better and, in many ways, be grounded enough to experience this amazing life.

I started my Yogi life in 2017, when I opened my mind, body, and heart to MindBody Centering Yoga’s teacher & life trainings (RYT 200 & 500) and initiated my “middle” path towards building a more compassionate world. By practicing trauma therapeutical techniques and sharing what I learn, I have felt a great sense of peace and stillness. There are so many ways to center oneself and to do good in this world, what I offer is one way of self awareness and self realization towards loving all and acceptance of oneSelf-- we are all one.

Without the quiet and stillness I experience in my practice, I wouldn’t be able to find love and peace everyday. Living with an open heart, a balanced body and grounded mind takes daily practice and constant presence-- this is what we must hold, this is what we must share, this is what we must help each other find.

I look within to find comfort. I hold a deep dedication to being peace and sharing loving kindness. I work on connecting to my body and using the tool and resources around me to ground and integrate my whole Self.

My current practice is finding pleasure in the discomfort and release self judgement and doubt to be peace.
